Betty Mitchell is currently enjoying a fulfilling phase of her life, embodying the virtues of a Proverbs 31 woman. She diligently attends to the spiritual and physical needs of her family while deeply loving and honoring the Lord.

Betty serves as a dedicated ministry volunteer at Christian Faith Fellowship Church, under the leadership of Bishop Darrell Hines Sr and Pastor Pamela Hines. She leads the Hospital Visitation and Nursing Home ministry and actively participates in the Altar Ministry of her local church, as well as in district and jurisdiction ministries as assigned.

Having retired as a Nutritionist from Milwaukee Public Schools, Betty has over thirty years of experience as a Dietetic Technician Registered. She provided professional development in nutrition to staff, offered nutritional guidance to parents, and ensured the dietary needs of children were met through her advocacy and oversight.

Betty is endowed with a multitude of talents and unique qualities. She is an exceptional cook, specializing in soul food, and often hosts Soul Food Sundays at her home after church for family and friends.

Additionally, she leads a special group of women in her family for quarterly sessions of sharing the Word of God, prayer, and enjoyable activities, such as Mom's Betty Wisdom Tea. From Sunday to Friday, Betty starts her day on the Clubhouse app in the CEO Prayer Closet, where she serves as a moderator. Affectionately known as "Mom Betty," she aligns herself with the Serve, Sow, Support mission of the CEO Prayer Closet. Moreover, she lovingly cares for her spirited ninety-two-year-old mother. Betty is a proud mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She finds joy in traveling, shopping, decorating, and embracing life to the fullest.
